my body doesn't work the way it was years ago. i had to admit that. without question, badan aku nih lesu... lemah... malas yg amat... mm.. what i meant to imply is that... i'm not a teenager anymore~

menyedari hakikat inilah aku cuba mengaktifkan urat saraf aku ngn jogging. oke, i admit that sport wasn't even it my equation, but i had to create a formula that goes well for myself. huuuu... oke.. i hope leh teruskan lg pas nih. chaiyokk utk diri aku sdrk. rasa keluh kesah sbb menyedari aku nih jenis "hangat2 taik ayam" je selalu. eheheee.. wait n see je lah ek~

04/10/2011 hari pertama aku stat. aku jogging kt tmn awam (ye kot..) kt kawasn tpt aku tinggal nih. ikut plan nk jog twice a week. tgok lah mcm mn. kuat ke x semangat aku nk teruskn sbb.. biasalah... dah lama x buat aktiviti meregang urat, habes cramp kaki aku... bdn pon rasa semcm jerk. huuu... seb baek xde lah trok sgt... ehehe.. still bleh jln.. tp, beberapa kali gk mulut aku nih merungut2 ngn membe aku. hmm..

releks yer kaki.. it takes time.. kuatkn semangat, nekad n tekad dlm hati!! chewahh
